Positive: Honestly, I wasn’t sure to book this flat, because of so many « haters » reviews, but I was really positively surprised. Good and clear communication with the owner. A very nice and clean flat in a very nice area, only few steps from a train station and a grocery store. Very safe area, there is a « gardien » in the building and I felt very good here. Kitchen fully equipped, nicely done bathroom. I loved to have a glass of vine on the terrace. Hope to come back once again here. Cheers

Positive: Spacious apartment with all basics covered (shower, bed, bedding, towels). Perfect for a very short stay given the price. No private parking. Parking on the street is possible, if spaces are available. Very dense living area.
Negative: The housekeeper (who handles the handover of the keys) is very unfriendly and is very obviously bothered by the task of dealing with clients. The owner of the apartment should ideally find another solution with a keybox with a code, for example. Reading other people's comments on problems they faced due to late arrivals caused by traffic/plane delays etc is extremely advisable. I would also advise to lay out the towels for the clients to avoid clients going through full wardrobes (with personal belongings) looking for them. And after reading some of the owner's defensive/accusing/offensive responses to clients, I would like to advise to not bother responding, BUT to take those comments serious and improve the conditions. Maybe then you would have a better rating and be able to make more money and have happier customers.
Summary: Very reasonable price for a short stay (1-2 days) in a convenient location

Positive: The flat is nice. You get everything you need.
Negative: We reached the property at midnight. As it was advised to come before 22:00 (10:00 PM) we talked with the owner about us being late as our flight got delayed. We said we might be around at 11:00 PM but could not because of traffic on the way. There was no one to hand out the keys. We talked with the owner but all he did was give the number of the housekeeper(he could be the security guard of the apartment). The housekeeper didn't pick up the call and we stayed out of the house for like an hour and a half. The housekeeper was in his quarter and I don't know how he woke up at around 2:00 AM (may be for the bathroom), we saw him and then he handed out the keys. So we got inside the apartment at around 2:15 AM. Yes, there was our mistake too, that we didn't reach on time and there was a communication gap but the owner didn't help us in other ways, that we thought he could. We expected a little out-of-the-box help. Anyways, the apartment gives a homely feeling. If you reach on time to get the keys I don't think there will be any problem.
